The IPS56 Plasma Cutting Machine is design by using advance inverter Technology. its concept is using high power switching device - V - MOSFET to change 50 Hz I 60 Hz frequency to high frequency (100 KHz and above) follow by voltage step and rectification. By PWM (pulse Width Modification) technique to control the output D.C. current we can reduce the weight and size of the machine, improve the efficiency by 30% as well. Start are system which using high frequency surge concept making start arc more easier. The efilciency of the machine can achive more than 85%.
